One Quarter It's my turn! Draw!I summon Lord of Kuriboh, and play Kuriboh of Summoning Dragon, allowing me to Special Summon Blue Eyes White Kuriboh from my hand. Blue-Eyes, direct attack!
Reverse Card Open. Saint Barrier - Kuriboh Force. All your attacking monsters are destroyed.
What!!
...Yeah, it's April Fool's Day. I have no elaborate scheme that can be suitably carried out on this blog, so instead for ridiculousness' sake I've gone to changing part of Yu-Gi-Oh card names to include "Kuriboh" inside. This ends up with several ridiculous names involving the (in)famous hairy ball.
Why do you find yourself with a lack of ideas for a good April Fool's joke?
Let's just say several things constitute a good joke. First, it needs to be suitably implausible. If it's too plausible, people may not actually laugh when you reveal it's a joke.
Next, delivery. It also needs to be convincing, else people will easily spot that you're trying to crack a joke and call you out on it. That also means you can't be too implausible.
Though I believe there are some examples of a good prank that don't completely adhere to the parameters which you have just defined.
Yeah, sometimes ridiculousness trumps all. Early this morning for our first class we turned all the tables so that we face the other direction in the classroom. We even went to the trouble in moving the teacher's table. And to seal the deal one of us even showed our teacher in through the "actual" back door. Hilarity ensued, never mind that we were called out on this quickly.
I would like to put forth my opinion on your idea of jest which states that it is up to personal opinion and judgment to determine the implausibility or apparent hilarity within a prank designated for the annual occasion of April the First would yield the desired reaction from the target audience.
...Wait, what?
Simplified, "I believe it is up to the person to judge what makes a good April Fool's prank."
Locquaciousness... How unusually entertaining.
P.S. That EBP prank that made to the news is ingenious. Arresting people randomly... just like in Just For Laughs Gags. XD
